Impact Collective Appication

Participation Expectations
Selected organizations should expect to:
- Participate in weekly or biweekly consulting sessions
- Provide timely feedback and access to organizational information
- Collaborate with consulting volunteers throughout the 10-week engagement
- Be open to implementing recommendations that strengthen long-term capacity
Pro bono consulting engagements are most effective when nonprofit leadership is fully engaged and committed to the process.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed based on:
- Mission alignment with CATALYSTS
- Demonstrated community impact
- Leadership readiness
- Clarity of the organizational challenge
- Potential for meaningful improvement through consulting support
Selected organizations may also be invited to share their work at a future CATALYSTS event.
Application Timeline
Impact Collective consulting cohorts will begin in September/October 2026.
Application details and deadlines will be announced prior to each cohort cycle.
