Impact Collective

The CATALYSTS Impact Collective is our pro bono consulting initiative designed to help underinvested nonprofits strengthen their people, operations, and strategy.

Through structured, time-bound engagements, we partner with nonprofit leaders to address real organizational challenges and build lasting capacity

How It Works

Impact Collective engagements are:

10-week immersive consulting experiences

Delivered by experienced professionals volunteering their expertise

Focused on practical, implementable solutions

Each immersion pairs nonprofits with a consulting team committed to collaborative, values-driven problem solving.

Areas of Support

Engagements may focus on:

Organizational strategy and planning

People and talent practices

Operational effectiveness

Process improvement

Leadership and team development

Program Timeline

Impact Collective immersion periods will begin in August 2026.

Cohort details, application requirements, and participation expectations will be shared in advance of each immersion cycle.
